Lucy's House is a holiday home equipped with all the comforts and with an exceptional view, ideal for a few days of relaxation or as a base for excursions to discover the beautiful area of Lake Iseo.
We are in a hilly position, in Parzanica, about 600 meters above sea level but no more than 15 minutes by car from the lakefront. Our apartment is located in a beautiful residence with swimming pool, which you can of course use and take a refreshing dip at the end of your days discovering our wonderful area.
The apartment has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a large living room with kitchenette, where there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 more people. The living area leads to the small terrace equipped with a table and chairs, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the lake and its islands, Monte Isola island is indeed right in front of you, giving you wonderful views. Here you will also find a barbecue at your disposal.
Thanks to our free, fast, and unlimited Wi-Fi internet network, you can watch your favorite TV series and navigate without any problems, the quality of the network is also suitable for those who have to use it for work.
At your disposal also a garage for your car or to shelter your bicycles, the dimensions are unfortunately not generous, and the position makes it not very comfortable to use, in case you don't want to have to carry out too complicated manoeuvres, perhaps with a large car, you will find some public car parks outside the residence.
